How this compares.
We publish our price because most of this market doesn't.
Enterprise workforce platforms such as Visier, Orgvue, Workday Adaptive Planning and Anaplan publish no prices, are typically sized for organizations of 1,000 or more, and are implemented through sales-led or consultant-led projects. Mid-market planning tools that do publish prices charge per employee and connect to your HR data. One lists $5 per employee per month for its core product; another starts at $15,000 a year plus a $5,000 implementation fee (Rework, 2026).
DecisionIQ is a different job: costing the decision in front of the leadership team, from the numbers they already have. If you need HR-connected analytics across thousands of employees, one of those platforms is the better choice.
Billing questions.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Preview is free with no card: the full diagnostic, the AI readiness assessment and up to two saved scenarios on a 12-month horizon. Paid plans add saved history, more scenarios, longer horizons, exported briefs and, on Enterprise, team seats.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing page. Changes are prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your briefs before then.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price: two months free. Executive Intelligence is $1,490 a year and Enterprise DecisionIQ is $4,990 a year. We email a reminder before an annual plan renews.
What counts as a seat and a project?
A seat is one named person who can sign in. A project is a separate plan you model, such as a business unit, a function or a scenario set for a specific decision. Executive Intelligence includes 1 seat and 1 project; Enterprise includes 5 seats and 10 projects.
Is consulting time included?
No. Both plans are self-service software. Advisory, leadership sessions, retained search and RPO are separate engagements, described on Enterprise solutions.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Receipts are emailed automatically, and invoices are available on your billing page. For annual Enterprise plans paid by bank transfer, contact us.
