  • Find each option’s break-even month and peak cash exposure.

Bias-Aware, High-Performance Leadership

Make fair, evidence-based people decisions and build teams that perform at their best.

  • Spot where bias enters hiring, assignments, reviews, promotion and pay, and close those openings.
  • Run job-related, structured hiring and promotion processes that find the strongest people.
  • Set clear expectations and give specific, even-handed feedback that raises everyone’s performance.

For CEOs, executives, people leaders and HR leaders who hire, develop, evaluate and promote people.

How the Academy works.

  1. Read and apply. Each lesson pairs a framework with a worked example, common mistakes and questions to take to your leadership team.
  2. Practice on numbers. Exercises use the same calculation engine as DecisionIQ, so you see break-even and exposure change as you change assumptions.
  3. Check your understanding. A five-question knowledge check closes each module; explanations show why each answer is right.
  4. Get feedback. Submit exercises, questions and a capstone for written feedback from the NWTS Academy faculty (AI-assisted, clearly labeled).
  5. Earn your certificate. A verifiable certificate of completion when you finish every requirement.

Questions.

How long do I have access?

Twelve months from purchase, on any device. Each course is a one-time purchase of $249; nothing renews automatically.

Who teaches the courses?

The NWTS Academy faculty. Lessons are built on The NWTS Method™ and written with AI assistance; faculty feedback on your exercises, questions and capstone is AI-assisted and labeled as such. Billing, account and anything that needs a person goes to Nikita R. Steals.

What do I get when I finish?

A certificate of completion with a verification link, once you complete every lesson, pass every knowledge check with 80% or more, and submit the capstone. It confirms completion on our platform; it is not an academic credit, accreditation or continuing-education credit.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. The first lesson of every course is free to read.

What if it isn’t right for me?

If you haven’t opened any paid lesson, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the terms.

Do I need DecisionIQ?

No. Courses stand alone. Some exercises use the DecisionIQ calculation engine inside the lesson, so you can practice on realistic numbers without a subscription.
