These terms govern your use of nwtalentsolutions.com and NWTS DecisionIQ™ (the "Service"), provided by Northwest Talent Solutions LLC ("NWTS"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
- Executive Intelligence costs $149 a month or $1,490 a year. Enterprise DecisionIQ costs $499 a month or $4,990 a year. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will email you before an annual plan renews and before any price change takes effect.
- You can cancel online at any time from your billing page, without contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund partial periods except where required by law.
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, with prorated charges or credits.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Access may be limited to the free Preview if payment is not resolved.
NWTS Executive Academy courses
- Each course is a one-time purchase of $249 (US dollars, plus any applicable tax) and includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Courses do not renew automatically.
- Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the course for your own professional development. Don't share your account, or copy, record, resell or redistribute course content.
- Refunds: if you haven't opened any paid lesson, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us. After you have opened paid content, purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise.
- Courses are taught by the NWTS Academy faculty, which uses AI assistance, governed by NWTS’s ethical-AI standards, to answer questions and give feedback, and says so. Feedback is educational, not professional advice.
- A certificate of completion confirms that you completed the course requirements on our platform. It is not an academic credit, accreditation, license, or continuing-education credit unless we state otherwise in writing.
NWTS CareerIQ membership
- CareerIQ is a monthly membership at $39 a month, which renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
- You can cancel a monthly membership online at any time from your CareerIQ settings. Access continues to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund partial months, except where required by law.
- Each membership includes a monthly AI usage allowance that comfortably covers typical use. If you reach it, AI features pause until the next month while your saved work stays available.
- CareerIQ's guidance is prepared with AI assistance, governed by NWTS’s ethical-AI standards. It is educational career guidance, not legal, financial, tax or immigration advice, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers or pay. Check everything before you use it, and only present experience, credentials and results that are true.
- Your membership is for your personal use. Don't share your account or use CareerIQ to produce materials for other people commercially.
What the Service is, and isn't
The Service performs calculations on assumptions you enter, to support decisions made by you. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment or investment advice. Results are only as accurate as your inputs and do not guarantee any outcome. The Service does not make, and must not be used as the sole basis for, decisions about hiring, termination, promotion or pay for any individual.
Your data
You own the information you enter. You grant NWTS permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. Do not enter information about identifiable employees, or any data you are not authorized to use. See our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't share accounts beyond your plan's seats, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the Service, or resell it without our written agreement.
Separate services
Advisory, leadership sessions, keynotes, retained search and RPO are separate engagements governed by their own written agreements. Retained search and RPO delivered through our strategic partner TriSearch are contracted with TriSearch, an independent company.
Intellectual property
NWTS DecisionIQ™, NWTS Executive Academy™, The NWTS Method™, the NWTS mountain-and-star logo, and the Service's software, course materials, text, graphics and design belong to Northwest Talent Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them only as these terms allow. Decision briefs you generate are yours to use within your organization. See our legal notices.
Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, NWTS's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, and NWTS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Eligibility and changes
You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes or, for CareerIQ, for your own career development. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with its date, and email account holders about material changes before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
