Private by design.

Your career information belongs to you. It is visible only to your account, protected by access rules in the database itself, and never shared with employers, recruiters, DecisionIQ customers or TriSearch. NWTS sees billing status and usage totals, not your content.

AI features run under NWTS’s ethical-AI standards, on an enterprise AI service that does not train on your data. You can export or permanently delete your CareerIQ data at any time. Read the privacy policy.

Questions.

Who is CareerIQ for?

Anyone managing their career: graduates, career changers, people returning to work, specialists, managers, directors and executives. The adviser adjusts its guidance to your level and goals.

What does the AI do, and what doesn’t it do?

It reviews and rewrites your materials, runs mock interviews, researches your market with cited sources, and advises you on strategy. It never invents experience, credentials or numbers; where a result would help, it marks a placeholder for you to fill with something true. It doesn’t promise outcomes, and it isn’t legal or financial advice.

Who can see my information?

Only you. Your résumé, documents, conversations and job tracker are private to your account. They are not shared with employers, recruiters, DecisionIQ customers or TriSearch.

Is there a usage limit?

Each membership includes a monthly AI allowance that covers typical use, including several full reports, tailored résumés, mock interviews and daily adviser conversations. If you reach it, AI features pause until the next month; everything you’ve saved stays available.

How do I cancel?

Online, at any time, from your CareerIQ settings. Your membership runs to the end of the month you paid for; partial months aren’t refunded.

Is it fair?

The adviser judges only job-relevant evidence: skills, experience, results and potential. It is instructed never to consider or infer age, gender, race, disability or other protected characteristics, and it treats career changers, returners and non-traditional paths as fully credible.
