This policy explains how Northwest Talent Solutions LLC ("NWTS", "we") handles information on nwtalentsolutions.com and in NWTS DecisionIQ™ (the "Service"). Questions: stealn@nwtalentsolutions.com.
What we collect
- Messages you send us: name, work email, company, title and what you write in our forms.
- Account information: your email address and password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider) and your company profile.
- Workforce information you enter: figures such as headcount, labor cost, revenue, hiring plans and the assumptions in your scenarios. The Service is designed for aggregate, team-level figures; please do not enter information about identifiable employees.
- Billing information: processed by Stripe. We receive your billing status and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
- Usage information: which features are used and when, to run and improve the Service.
- Executive Academy learning records: the courses you own, lessons completed, knowledge-check scores, exercises and questions you submit, and certificates issued.
- Site visit information: pages viewed, buttons used, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link, grouped under a random identifier that lasts only while your browser tab is open. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, do not store IP addresses, and record nothing when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How we use it
To provide the Service, respond to you, process payments, keep accounts secure, and send the briefings you subscribe to. We do not sell personal information. Your workspace data (scenarios, assessments and briefs) is never sent to an AI service or used to train AI models.
AI assistance
Questions you send through Ask NWTS, and the text of your question only, are answered with the help of an AI model from our AI provider (see Service providers), working from our product documentation; please don't include confidential or personal details in a question. The weekly Decision Signal is written with AI assistance from cited public sources. No AI makes any financial calculation in the Service, and none makes decisions about any person.
Executive Academy
Your learning records are visible only to you and to NWTS. Exercises, capstones and questions you submit to the Academy faculty are reviewed with the help of an AI model from our AI provider, and only the text you submit is used; please don't include confidential or personal details about other people. Certificates can be verified by anyone who has the certificate's link, which shows only your name, the course and the date.
NWTS CareerIQ
If you use CareerIQ, your career profile, résumés, documents, interview practice, adviser conversations and job tracker are private to you. They are not shared with DecisionIQ customers, employers, recruiters or TriSearch. NWTS sees only billing status and usage totals, not your content, unless you ask us for help with it. To produce your results, the information involved is sent to the AI model of our AI provider (see Service providers), which under its commercial terms does not use it to train models. The adviser keeps short notes about your goals only if you agree, and you can view and delete them. You can export or permanently delete your CareerIQ data from your settings at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. When you sign in, your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay signed in; it is necessary for the Service to work and is removed when you sign out.
Who can see your data
Workspace data is visible only to the people in your workspace. Access is enforced in the database itself, not only in the interface. NWTS staff access it only to provide support you request or where required by law.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database and authentication, United States), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Zoho (email) and Anthropic (AI model provider for CareerIQ, support answers and Academy feedback; it does not train its models on this data). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
You can delete scenarios, assessments and briefs at any time. A workspace owner can delete the whole workspace, which permanently removes its data. Form messages are kept for up to three years. To delete your account or messages, email us and we will confirm within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers, and each company's data is isolated by database access rules. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law. We do not claim any third-party security certification for the Service.
Children
The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your information, and unsubscribe from any email. Residents of states with privacy laws, including Virginia, can exercise their rights by emailing us.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
